Kickoala provides an online service for parents to create and share registries. Contributors may select items and make contributions. Kickoala does not sell or ship products directly.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Kickoala does not store card details. Each contribution adds 3% Kickoala fee + Stripe fee (2.9% + β¬0.25) on top of the gift amount, paid by the contributor. Parents always receive the full gift amount.
Kickoala is not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of products purchased outside the platform, nor for issues with Stripe processing.
Payments are secured by Stripe, the world's leading online payment infrastructure (founded 2010, used by Amazon, Shopify, Deliveroo, etc.). Stripe is licensed as a payment institution by the European Central Bank and US financial regulators. Your banking details are processed directly and exclusively by Stripe β Kickoala never has access to them. Learn more: stripe.com
All contributions are final once processed by Stripe. The amount shown on the registry reflects the intended gift, but the contributorβs total payment includes Kickoala and Stripe fees.
3% Kickoala fee + Stripe fee (2.9% + β¬0.25) added on top of the gift. Example: β¬50 gift β contributor pays ~β¬53.30 total. Parents receive β¬50.
Contributions are non-refundable, except where required by law. Disputes are handled via Stripe.
Kickoala collects: contributor name, email, and contribution details. Payment data is handled only by Stripe.
Data is used to process contributions, send confirmations, and secure the platform.
Information is shared only with Stripe for payment processing. Kickoala does not sell data.
Contribution records are retained as required by law. Kickoala uses secure servers and encryption.

The Kickoala Chrome Extension injects a script on web pages to detect supported shopping sites (H&M, Vertbaudet, Orchestra, and others). When you click the Kickoala button on a product page, the extension reads that product's information (name, price, image, and URL) and sends it to Kickoala's servers to add the item to your registry. The extension does not collect or transmit browsing history. It does not read page content on sites other than supported shopping sites. No personal data is stored locally by the extension beyond your login session token.
